- canvas trimmed and mounted to board, displaying air bubbles and somewhat uneven surface to painting; repaired tears and loss; large patches of overpainting restoration, mainly in backdrop and especially to lower edge of painting but also in billowing garment of figure and other areas; stains to liner; abrasions, cracks, and other signs of wear to frame.
