Item Details
An original pastel landscape by listed artist P.R. Koehler (1866-1909). The pastel depicts a farm scene with a stream and figures harvesting hay. There is livestock and a farmhouse house in the background. The pastel is in a tan mat and sits in a gilt wood frame with gesso applied foliate design to corners. Signed ‘P. R. Koehler NY’ to lower left-hand corner.
Condition
- there is a wear mark to paint to sky in upper right-hand corner. There are chips to gesso on frame.

Measures 39"w x 21.5"h at frame.
