Pair of German Porcelain Figurines, Circa 1972
Item Details
A pair of German Volkstedt Parian porcelain figurines, possibly depicting Cupid and Psyche. Marked with ‘KVE’ to bottom; indicating these pieces are the work of Porzellanfabrik Karl Ens factory, nationalized in 1972 as VEB Unterglasurporzellanfabrik. Both pieces are splendid examples, beautifully hand painted and depicting touching images.
