An offset lithograph print of ‘The American Bald Eagle’ by Ray Harm. Harm (born in West Virginia in 1926) is an American artist who is best known for his paintings of wildlife. This print depicts a stately bald eagle preparing for flight. The title and ‘Portrait of a Symbol’ are printed directly below the artwork. It is set behind glass in a simple wood frame.
Condition
Print paper shows evidence of being rolled into a tube prior to framing, including a horizontal crease near tail feathers of the eagle. Dirt residue to bottom right corner of the print which may be resolved with cleaning upon removal from frame.
