- overall with various scratches, marks, nicks/chips, cracks, and abrasions consistent with age and use; refinished and with scattered wear and stains; some former worming and corresponding marks; hinges and hasp have been replaced and re-set (back edge of lid has been repaired near left hinge mount); missing interior lockplate (has been filled in with a later piece of wood); baseboard has been replaced.
