Two Binders of Lincoln Cents, 1909 to 1975. Lot contains a Harco binder that contains cents ranging from 1909 to 1940, and a Whitman binder that contains cents ranging from 1942 to 1975. Designer: Victor D. Brenner. Metal Content: 95% copper, 5% tin and zinc. Diameter: 19 mm. Weight: approx. 3.11 grams (each). Coins in the Harco binder have PVC residue. Coins are circulated and conditions vary.
