Condition

- shows signs under UV light and to the verso of patched tear in canvas and inpainting repair at the lower right region of painting; small tears in canvas and spots of flaked loss of paint and varnish scattered throughout painting, but more heavily towards the corner regions; craquelure, scratches, scuffs, accretions, and spots of discoloration to paint and varnish; indentations and slight buckling to canvas where the painting presses against the interior borders of the stretchers; scuffs, flaked loss of paint and varnish, and thinning of canvas along the edges and sides of the painting, lightly from contact wear with stretchers and previous framing.
