- inner composite frame holding the cameo is loose upon its fabric mounting and tends to shift; cracks, chips, and flaked loss to the gold-toned composite accents and veneer of both the inner and outer frames; abrasions, scratches, scuffs, accretions, and discoloration to both frames.
