Series of 1899 $1 ‘Black Eagle’ Silver Certificate. Certificate features the portraits of Lincoln and Grant on the front. Certificate features a blue scalloped seal and blue serial numbers. Signatures of Speelman and White. Certificate measures 7 3/8′ × 3 1/8’. Certificate is heavily circulated.
