Signed illegibly to the verso, appears to read “R. P. McElroy;” unsigned

Condition

- examined under UV light; buckling and creases to both artworks from unflattened storage; significant craquelure, scratches, scuffs, accretions, and flaked loss to paint; holes in canvas margins of each painting from previous use of nails to attach the artworks to stretchers; loose threads and small tears along the edges of both canvases.

Dimensions

- measurements of the larger painting; smaller painting measures 16.0" W x 21.0" H x 0.1" D.
