Coins features right facing portrait of Emperor Napoleon III on the obverse and ‘5 FRANCS’ and the date inside a laurel on the reverse. Designer: Jean-Jacques Barre. Mintage: 690,838. Metal Content: 90% gold. Diameter: 14.4 mm. Weight: approx. 1.61 grams (each). Minted in Paris, France.
