  • Please note, the winning bidder must hire professional movers to remove this safe. The safe is located in a basement without a traditional walkout, with approximately 10 concrete steps from lower level to ground floor (no landing turn).
  • Please note the winning bidder will be contacted the day after the sale closes to be provided with the combination, the address of the residence, and to set up an appointment for pick up. The safe must be removed from the home no later than Friday, September 3rd.
