- dust residue; scratches and surface marks; patina; some finish loss to paint and gilt on base and shade; one light socket is loose and the other socket is missing pull chain; two glass panels are loose in shade; two glass panels possibly replaced; solder repairs to the interior metal of lamp shade; a few pieces of metal holding glass panels are loose; repair and minor loss to metal in one spot on exterior of shade; one corner of shade is a little bent.
