Additional Information | Stamped on the handle from left to right is the Suya company logo, a Kanji character used as arsenal inspection mark by Tokyo First Arsenal, and the “four-cannonballs” mark of the Kokura Arsenal identification. On the right side ricasso is stamped the serial number 21997 R. The scabbard throat is also stamped with a worn serial number, and appears to read 144520. |
