The bidder is responsible for knowledge of State and Federal laws in their area. Firearms transfers will require a background check. Firearms will be brought to American Trading Company within 72 hours after payment has been processed. American Trading Company will then contact the winning bidder once they are ready for pickup. If you are a local winning bidder, please stop into the retail location along with paid invoice from EBTH during normal business hours to complete the background check and pick up your firearm(s).
