A delightful framed etching by Ed Gifford, 1927-1998, Akron, Ohio. Gifford was known for his scenes of simple nostalgic Americana represented in a loose representational style. Two round pieces housed in oval frame, they are a fine example of Gifford’s style, signed and titled in pencil ‘The Picnic Oak’. Both with ‘A/P’, indicating artist proof.
