A 19th century Victorian hand-painted seed pearl brooch with a multi-color rose floral motif painted on black and rose gold oval frame, possibly in a low grade 8 – 10K or heavily plated, surrounded by hand-set seed pearls with scalloped edge and yellow gold back in a heavy plate or low 8 – 10K grade with metal C clasp and engraved inscription, ‘Belle D. Price, From Father’.
