"Im Dschungel" Woodcut by Artist Leo Frank

Leo Frank was an Austrian artist born in 1884, died in 1959. This work is titled, ‘Im Dschungel’ which means simply, ‘In the Jungle’. This work was done as a woodcut. It depicts a large type of bird, a Toucan, sitting on a branch above the jungle. Leo’s name is in block letters in the lower right hand corner.

Condition

- foxing on the work and the matte has minor soiling
