Amir Rashid is a storyteller, musician, artist, teacher, and a pillar in the Pittsburgh art community. He is a multimedia artist with experience in clay and wooden sculpture, painting and collage. His art is generally created by using found paper objects and using them to create unique mixed media assemblages. His paintings are the focus of figural subjects with a post-modern style. Rashid’s works have been exhibited and sold in various galleries, most notably at the University of Pittsburgh art gallery.
