The background portrays shoppers making selection at a farmer’s market. The artist has used both light and dark to created rich shading and depth to her piece. The original artist signature has been partially covered by the ivory mat. The artist name and date have been written to the bottom right of the mat. In black painted wood frame.

- there are nicks and wear to the frame, some discoloration to the mat.
