An original watercolor on paper painting signed to the lower righthand corner with the name Julia Stillpass and thereafter dated 1965. The artist has rendered an absolutely phenomenal portrait of Cincinnati’s most historic and beloved sector Over The Rhine. From a hilltop North of Liberty St. the artist has illustrated the sprawling myriad of row houses and buildings, with that characteristic Italianate Architecture, and hills in the distance. This phenomenal watercolor is presented in a wooden frame with tremendous gold gilt.
