An original oil on canvas painting by well listed painter Antonio DeVity (1901 – 1993). The artist is especially renowned for his Italian and Parisian street scenes, and famously studied under Futurist Giacomo Balla. This painting is signed by the artist to the lower righthand corner. The artist has painted a Parisian street scene typical of his oeuvre. Sacre Coeur can be seen in the background towering over Montmartre, with a crowd of fashionable Parisians walking around in the fading day light. This immaculate painting is presented in a beautiful gilt wood frame with detailing in low relief.

- chipping to gilt around the edges.
