1800's Cast Iron Farm Bell and Yoke, with Bell Upright

Antique circa. 1880’s cast iron bell with yoke, and bell upright, consisting of a large 14’ diameter ‘C.S. Bell Co., Hillsboro, O’ farm/dinner bell, attached yoke with crank, with a ‘Crystal Metal’ cast iron bell upright. The bell originally was mounted so it had a swinging movement. The large clapper inside makes a beautiful sound, yet loud. C.S. Bell Co. was the largest producer of big bells in North America, with peak bell production of the 1880’s as many as 20,000 each year.
Condition
, while very solid piece, there is some rust, and inside has some mud nests from wasps. The yoke is not attached to the bell, but coucld be.
