Note is signed by Julian and Morgenthau and produced by the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago. Note features Benjamin Franklin on the front and Independence Hall on the back. Note measures 6 1/8′ × 2 5/8’. Note is circulated and has a pencil marking on the front.
