Bev Doolittle’s signed and numbered camouflage print titled ‘Woodland Encounter’ illustrating a snowy woodland scene with a sly red fox in the center of the composition. The viewer must spend some time observing to notice the Native American Indians on horseback carefully and successfully camouflaged among the trees. Bev Doolittle (1947-) was born and raised in California where she attended the prestigious Art Center College of Design in LA. Her work is eagerly sought and avidly collected. This beautiful print is numbered 973/1500 in the lower right corner where the artist’s signature in pencil is also found. The print is beautifully presented in a neutral linen mat with a wood fillet and a wood frame.
