Late 19th century Aelteste Volkstedter Porzellanfabric Triebner Ens & Eckert porcelain candlesticks. These beautiful porcelain candlesticks have lovely scroll work to stem and feet that are accented in gold. One pair features cherub like figures holding flowers and wheat and the other features cherub like figures holding a lidded bowl and vessel. The delicate cherub like figures have expressive faces and are made with true artistry that makes this a singular set. Marked with the Volkstedt hay fork to underside.

Condition

Fair to good – Cherub holding wheat has a chip to toe of one foot and heel of other and looks to have been repaired. The cherub holding the vessel has repaired hand.
