Born and raised in Texas, Emily Dillard primarily focused her paintings on the terrain of Western America, as well as carefully arranged floral still lifes. An enthusiastic artist, she was active in many Dallas art clubs, including the Dallas Artists and Craftsmen and Oak Cliff Society of Fine Arts. Throughout her career, she exhibited widely across Texas. Her work is collected privately across the country.
