A Southeast Asian carved wood sculpture of a tiger, in the style of Indonesian carvings. This piece depicts the large cat laying down with rear legs relaxed, but tail curved up and fangs bared. It has a highly textured surface, with wood streaked and pocked with natural dark markings.

Condition

- cracks throughout notably along back, neck, and to right rear haunch; white marks, accretions, nicks, and abrasions throughout; dark marks from natural wood grains throughout.
