This gives you an idea of what was at the Cincinnati Landing in 1935 compared to what is there today. The print is signed by the artist in pencil on the right-hand side and numbered 664 of 950 in the bottom left-hand corner. The print is professionally framed in a handsome wood fame with a navy mat and brass insert to the interior and brass capped corners.

Condition

The condition is good This is a very nice and impressive piece of art. There are a couple of small tears to the back paper at the bottom corners
