Condition

- overall with various scratches, marks, nicks/small chips, and abrasions consistent with age and use; scattered finish wear and stains (most notably to top of mantel); edges of mantel and fireplace surround with some larger chips/losses; front edge of mantel also with some tiny holes and a few cracks; each vertical support with three small holes (two of which still have bolts inserted) from a previous installation.
