- patch repair with overpainting and residue to the upper left; overpainting and inpainting throughout; painting examined under black light; crushed impasto; craquelure; warping to canvas at corners; canvas appears to have been restretched; gap between painting and frame along upper edge; cracks to molding of frame; abrasions, nicks, and finish loss throughout frame.
