A late 1800s William L. Gilbert Clock Company ‘Calypso’ walnut case mantel clock. This gorgeous clock features a pointed carved crest, curved molding to the glass door which features and ornate reverse transfer scene of a spider spinning a web. Also, applied carving to the bottom sides and geometric carved details to the front of the apron. The interior features brass dial with paper back with Roman numerals and unique brass and silver tone pendulum with applied leaves. The back includes a partial paper label. Includes two keys.
