A group of vintage dental & medical tools, photos, oddities that once belonged to. Dr. J. C. F. Craig, one of the first dentists in Butler County, OH. Dr. Craig graduated from CCDS in 1906, and this collection includes his tools, microscope, papers, teeth and a jawbone he kept for research purposes, photos, etc. A photo showing a cadaver dissection being performed by Dr. Craig’s class circa 1906 is included. (Dentists used to be embalmers in addition to just practicing dentistry). A truly interesting offering.
