Rita Rozzi was born in Cincinnati, Ohio and is known for her landscapes, portraits, and genre oil paintings. She holds a Bachelor’s degree and a Juris Doctor from the University of Cincinnati and a Masters degree from Xavier University in Cincinnati. Rozzi is a student of Cincinnati artist Greg Storer and is heavily inspired by her local surroundings, her travels, her four children, and her own personal quest for peace. She is privately collected across the United States and is currently a teaching professor at Xavier University.
