- discoloration and loose threads throughout.
- coat: silk chiffon is split and shredding at neckband and shoulders.
- dress: retains Petersham ribbon tape at interior waist seam; retains Talon metal zipper; zipper placket is marked “1953”.
- removable gathered chiffon sash: hooks on fastenings have been flattened.
- hat: misshaped; frayed edges on fabric.
