(HOF) Phil Niekro Signed Milwaukee Braves Jersey and New York Yankee Picture

This lot consists of a autographed Mitchell & Ness 1969 replica Cooperstown Collection jersey of Hall of Famer Phil Niekro and an autograph Yankee Magazine with Phil on the cover. The jersey is grey with the name ‘Braves’ in black letters that are trimmed with a red keyline. Phil signed his name just below the ‘Braves’ on the front in black thin sharpie. Under his name he also added, ‘H.O.F. -97’, which the year he was inducted into the Hall of Fame. The jersey has a nice 1969 100th Anniversary patch on one sleeve and the ‘screaming Brave’ on the other. After 1983, Phil went on to play for the New York Yankees. There is a framed signed Yankees magazine cover from 1985 with Phil Niekro on the cover. He signed his name in blue ink in his leg. This item measures 8.875’ wide x 11.5’ long x .75’ thick.
