A Tudor style dollhouse Old Westbury Hall by Lawbre Co. The exterior of this hand-built house exhibits half-timber architecture in the Tudor style with three chimneys. The interior features electrified components, wood or tile floors throughout, fireplaces, built-in bookcases in the study, and more. One section of the roof opens to reveal an open game room with mounted taxidermy animals and loft space.

- previous repairs made in a few areas of the house – pieces re-attached; front portion to right side of house has some damage to roof and is separating slightly from main building; few roof shingles chipped; some chimney stones chipped and/or missing; blue tac residue to some interior rooms front wall has some chipped stones; white residue to first floor room.
