Towle "Craftsman" Sterling Silver Flatware with Chest

A collection of vintage sterling silver flatware in the Craftsman pattern by Towle Silversmiths; designed by Harold E. Nock and produced between 1932 and 2009. The collection includes ten dinner forks, ten salad forks, fourteen teaspoons, three serving spoons, one large scoop and one small scoop, one small slotted spoon, one small serving spoon, one ladle and one serving fork. Also included are ten dinner knives and a carving set with stainless steel blades and tongs. These pieces feature plain, tapering handles with beveled terminals, some are monogrammed. They are hallmarked to their undersides and presented in a brown faux leather silverware chest. The set, excluding the hollow handled knives and carving set with stainless blades, has a total approximate weight of 65.190 ozt.
