An electrified dollhouse miniature titled San Francisco Row. This hand-built model depicts a San Francisco style row house with a small front yard. The permanently exposed side displays a number of rooms to the interior, with details such as parquetry flooring, sink fixture, and fireplace.

Condition

- some loosely attached pieces, mainly exterior light posts, and one light post with a repaired arm; two front porch lights are electrified; some paint chipping, mainly around base; fence slightly loose in places; some residual modeling putty residue in spots, mainly on porch stoop railings.
