This house features the typical half-timber exterior of English Tudor style houses with a plaque on one door reading Ivy Lodge. The front opens in two halves to reveal a bedroom, study, parlor room, and more, complete with wood flooring and detailed wood paneling.

- untested, requires special adapter; one large split and some missing shingles to roof and some slightly loose pieces throughout; appears to be missing chimney top pieces; some scuffs and marks to interior walls where miniatures once hung; light surface and edge wear throughout.
