How we do it...
Our professional staff will work with you to determine the best way to sell your items. However, most often we will hold an online sale which consists of our experts sifting through all of the home's contents to identify how to best arrange a sale. Once we have completed the 'discovery' process we begin to professionally photograph all items and appropriately describe them for an online sale. As we list items they are staged directly within the home in preparation for an on site preview and pick up following the close of the sale. Sales are then made public on our web site and heavily marketed so that the thousands of current and newly registered bidders can begin placing their bids from the convenience of their work and home. We feel this method is better than other sale methods as it provides you with the greatest amount of exposure and the largest audience. Sales are online for seven days and bidding occurs twenty four hours a day. This ensures that items get individual attention and are sold in a competitive environment.
What if the sale can't be held on site? We recommend on site sales because this will make our families the most by allowing the sale of the 'entire' estate and limiting external expenses (such as moving costs). However, we realize that selling items on site is not always an option. We have a warehouse and store front that allows us to accept consignments of partial estates when necessary. We work to meet your needs while maximizing your profits. It is not our intention to make money by finding other ways to charge you for work. After all, we want you to make the most from your items so you tell others why they shouldn't consider selling any other way than through the use of our services.
